Lemonade Pie

I know that summer is half over, and this would have been handy at the beginning of summer.  However, I have a feeling that the hot (100+ degree) temperatures are not over, so this recipe should be good for a few more months.

I love it.
4 ingredients… yes, 4.
So easy to make, a kid could probably do it (with a little help).
No baking.
One bowl and one spatula.
Cheap: I think I calculated $6-7 for two pies.  (I used off-brand for everything)

Pink Lemonade Pie
1/2 can frozen pink lemonade
12 oz. Cool Whip (1 1/2 tubs)
1 8oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 large graham cracker crust

Here’s the deal…  I just made 2 pies, cause what are you going to do with the other 1/2 a can of lemonade?  And sweetened condensed milk comes in 14oz cans, so what are you going to do with that too?  So, I use the whole can of lemonade, whole can of condensed milk, and 3 tubs (24oz.) of Cool Whip to make 2 pies.

Basically, Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.  It helps if the Cool Whip is mostly thawed.  Stir until smooth.

Add pink (or whatever) food coloring if you want it to actually look like pink lemonade. Pour in the crust.  Put in the freezer.  Done.

For mine here, I had a lot of mix leftover after filling the crusts, so I put it in a Ziploc, cut off the corner and piped on little peaks to make it look fun, then put sprinkles.  Add whatever topping you want.

There.  Lots of directions for an easy pie.  And the best part…
